These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DateInvite, a service operated by SAFETY GIGA SOLUTIONS SRL (“DateInvite”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing Happy2date, creating an account, creating an invitation or responding to an invitation, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Happy2date.

1. About Happy2date

DateInvite allows users to create private digital invitations containing a recipient name, proposed date, time, location and personal message. Invitations may be shared through a unique private link.

Recipients can respond with Yes or No and may optionally send a short message to the creator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or use Happy2date.

By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and authentication

Happy2date uses passwordless email authentication. You are responsible for:

• Providing an email address that you are authorised to use
• Maintaining the security of your email account
• Not sharing one-time sign-in codes
• Not allowing another person to access your account without permission
• Informing us promptly about suspected unauthorised access

We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe an account has been compromised, misused or used in violation of these Terms.

4. Invitations and user content

You remain responsible for the names, messages, locations, images, links and other content you enter into DateInvite.

By creating an invitation, you confirm that:

• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have a legitimate reason to contact the recipient
• You will not include unlawful or highly sensitive information
• You will not impersonate another person
• You will not use the service to deceive or manipulate someone
• You will respect the recipient’s choice and boundaries

You grant DateInvite a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Happy2date to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate or stalk another person
• Send repeated unwanted invitations
• Create discriminatory, hateful, violent or abusive content
• Publish another person’s confidential or sensitive information
• Promote illegal goods, services or activities
• Distribute malware, phishing links or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
• Scrape, copy or automatically collect content without permission
• Interfere with the operation or security of DateInvite
• Create false accounts or impersonate another person or organisation
• Use automated systems to send excessive requests
• Violate applicable laws or the rights of another person

6. The Yes and No response buttons

DateInvite may offer playful behaviour for the No button, including a version that moves temporarily.

Where the creator selects “Playful, then available”, the No button moves for a limited number of attempts and then becomes selectable.

Where a continuously moving version is available, it is intended as a visual joke. Creators must not use the service to pressure or repeatedly contact a person who does not wish to accept an invitation.

A recipient’s decision must be respected, regardless of the visual style chosen for the invitation.

7. Private links

Invitations use a unique link and are not intended to be included in public search results.

However, the link is not equivalent to end-to-end encryption or a password-protected document. Anyone who receives or obtains the link may be able to view the invitation.

Creators are responsible for sharing links only with the intended recipient and for avoiding sensitive information.

8. External links and locations

Invitations may include Google Maps links or other third-party links. Affiliate offers may also link to third-party websites.

DateInvite does not control and is not responsible for:

• The content or availability of external websites
• The accuracy of a location entered by a user
• Bookings, purchases or arrangements made with third parties
• The conduct of restaurants, cinemas, travel operators or other partners
• The privacy or security practices of external services

9. Affiliate links

Some links may be affiliate or sponsored links. Happy2date may receive a commission if you purchase a product or service after following such a link.

Affiliate relationships do not increase your obligation to purchase and do not guarantee the quality, availability or suitability of the third-party product.

Sponsored or affiliate links will be identified where required.

10. Free and paid services

DateInvite is currently available free of charge.

We may introduce paid invitations, premium themes, subscriptions or other paid functionality in the future.

Before completing a payment, you will be shown:

• The price
• The applicable currency
• The included features
• Whether the payment is one-time or recurring
• Any applicable cancellation or refund conditions

We will not charge you for a paid service without an explicit action confirming the purchase.

11. Intellectual property

Happy2date, its software, branding, interface, original templates, graphics and website content are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you the right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, reproduce or commercially exploit the platform, except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by us.

12. Content removal and account suspension

We may remove an invitation, disable a link, restrict an account or suspend access if we reasonably believe:

• The content violates these Terms
• The service is being used to harass or harm someone
• The account creates a security or legal risk
• The content infringes another person’s rights
• Removal is required by law or a competent authority

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify the affected user.

13. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Happy2date available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, commercial or technical reasons.

14. Disclaimer

DateInvite provides a technical tool for creating and sharing invitations. We do not guarantee that:

• A recipient will open or accept an invitation
• The information entered by another user is accurate
• A proposed meeting will take place
• A person using the service is who they claim to be
• A third-party location, activity or service will be suitable or safe

You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and taking appropriate personal safety precautions when meeting another person.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Happy2date and SAFETY GIGA SOLUTIONS SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• User-created content
• A recipient’s response or lack of response
• Meetings or arrangements between users
• Third-party services or external links
• Unauthorised sharing of an invitation link

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or costs resulting from your unlawful use of DateInvite, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in the Cookie Policy.

18. Termination

You may stop using Happy2date at any time and may request deletion of your account, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

We may terminate or restrict access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Romania, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law or business operations.

The latest version and effective date will be displayed on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or email.
